The visual for Bobby Womack’s latest single “Whatever Happened To The Times” is a romantic ode to the early days of space travel. On the surface, this grainy trek into the unknown may seem to be the be-all and end-all of this video, but directors Jamie-James Medina and Yusuf Pirhasan have added a subtle backstory to the clip, corroborating the song’s journey with that of the astronaut’s lyrical odyssey (who happens to be a sunglass-wearing Womack).
