Nissan Embarks on Crowd-Sourced Nissan 370Z
The world’s first crowd-sourced Nissan Z — dubbed Project 370Z — takes the trusted business adage
The world’s first crowd-sourced Nissan Z — dubbed Project 370Z — takes the trusted business adage of “listening to your customers” to whole new heights. In an integrated campaign to help launch its mildly remodeled Z, the automaker sought help from its Facebook audience to help design the tricked-out Z of their dreams. Project 370Z via Nissan Performance’s Facebook page has taken votes on design modifications regarding power, handling, brakes, interior and exterior stylings to arrive at these enhancements: a GReddy twin turbo kit pumping out around 500 horsepower and a GReddy Ti-C catback exhaust to help the engine breathe better. Nissan has kindly documented its full build on film before the project’s official unveiling at ZDayZ 2012 this May 17-20.
