Daft Punk album not coming in June

False alarm. After songwriting legend Paul Williams, who is collaborating with Daft Punk on their forthcoming album, disclosed last week that the duo’s upcoming work would possibly be released in June, it has since come to light that the information revealed was indeed untrue. As expected, once news broke of the anticipated project, the electronic outlet’s fan following was rightfully in a frenzy, but evidently, someone was either misinformed or some lines got crossed somewhere along the way somehow. Nonetheless, Daft Punk is working on a new album, but we’ll have to wait for further, concrete info. Stay tuned.
