Soko - First Love Never Die

French actress and indie-folk singer-songwriter Soko has said before that she was quitting music, but it seems like she’s here to stay once and for all. Back in October, her single, “I Thought I Was An Alien,” got a visual treatment by renowned filmmaker Spike Jonze. She returned last month with a video featuring actor Matthew Gray Gubler for “YOU Have A Power On ME,” and now she’s back again with another collaboration with the Criminal Minds star. This time, the two share directorial credit for a clip shot on a ranch in Nevada this past summer. The vintage-styled video shows two children frolicking about on the Western landscape to the tune of the acoustically-driven, appropriately titled “First Love Never Die.” All of the aforementioned songs can be found on Soko’s debut full-length studio album, I Thought I Was An Alien, which is set to hit stores on February 20.
