MellowHype - Break | Video

Off of their third studio album Numbers, Odd Future’s sub-crew MellowHype gets busy on a track titled “Break.” Here, Left Brain lays down his signature structure of ghostly left field lows, while Hodgy Beats chatters reminiscent rhymes that drift in and out of his associate’s hazy samples. The visual production sees a marijuana-indulged composition that nods off to dreamy territories. Filmed in slow motion and layered with abstract coloring, a number of items that’s deemed close to the group gets tossed in the air in reflective affectation, adding sentiment to the already placate track.
