Clothsurgeon 2012 Fall/Winter Collection

Killing two birds with one stone, London designer Rav Matharu releases his inaugural collection for Fall/Winter 2012 to coincide with the launch of his official website. Titled ‘Clothsurgeon,’ the label is set to fuse high-end designs with streetwear sensibilities. Crafted under the influences of vintage Americana and classic British clothing, the collection focuses on contemporary modes of the said aesthetics; brushed Wool Check drop crotch bottoms, tapered and tailored trousers, leather baseball jerseys, and leather sleeved sweaters make up the range. Also included are adaptations to the classic MA-1, A-2 Flight Jacket and Biker Jacket. Offering wearable quality designs however isn’t enough for Rav, as he takes on a personalized approach to his label; his bespoke service allows customers to tailor their items freely from the cut to the fabrics.
