Malkovich teams up with P.U.D.G.E. presents a new visual in support of their a free three-song release titled Lethal Vice EP. Both men used to share an apartment in Los Angeles for a while and decide to rejoin forces on this interesting project. The title of the piece was inspired by the Mel Gibson and Danny Glover-powered movie series Lethal Weapon. Here’s why:
P.U.D.G.E. and I lived together in L.A. for a while. “Lethal Weapon” the movie was in our DVD player a lot and we notice parallels between Mel and Danny, and us. He’s the black guy, I’m the white guy. He’s more laid back, I’m more aggro. And we spent a long time together just trying to get by in L.A.
The clip was directed by Aaron Godfred, who recently created the indie movie Little Blue Pill. You can stream the freEP below and download Lethal Vice here.
