New from Chicago-based Oak Street Bootmakers comes two pairs of brown leather slip-ons: a natural boat shoe and a beefroll penny loafer. Classic in silhouette, both kicks are handmade in America (Maine, to be precise) and are comprised fully from Natural Horween Chromexcel leather. It’s nice to see American companies doing such a fine job of reclaiming their design heritage as well as a rise in consumers who are willing to pay the price for high-quality domestic products.
