Junya Watanabe COMME des GARCONS MAN x Alden Cordovan Oxfords

Junya Watanabe COMME des GARCONS MAN have joined forces with American shoe manufacturer Alden to bring us these military parade-style shoes. For this model a D-width shoe has been created with more volume added to the toe area, giving the whole shoe a fuller, wider look. The toe has been left plain, rebelling against the current interest in the long wing design amongst most brands. The upper is made from Alden’s highly regarded cordovan shell, whilst the sole and heel are formed from rubber. The inside contains both the Junya Watanabe COMME des GARCONS MAN and Alden logos which have been printed in gold. Available at Junya Watanabe COMME des GARCONS MAN stockists later in the year, these shoes have a set retail price of ¥123,900 (approximately $1,544 USD).
