Gorillaz Not Breaking Up

Good news for all followers of the world’s most popular cartoon band. Contrary to their initial announcement, Gorillaz have not broken up. Pitchfork has learned from frontman Damon Albarn that the collective is alive and well and will continue to make music together. The rumors have actually started with People magazine report that several members were following different ideas.

There’s been a massive argument that has basically ended things. Jamie’s gone abroad to be with his girlfriend, while Damon is busy with his opera and with the return of Blur. For now, it looks like it could be the end of Gorillaz.”
