With Part 1 of this Independent Publishing series, LN-CC has paid a visit to the British Library, essentially the place that documents and catalogs all kinds of publications – whether independently published or released by a publishing house. They interviewed Andy Simons, the man responsible for starting the British Library’s sound archive. Providing insight on how zines come about and the different kinds that are available, we get the gist of how publishing has worked all these years in the United Kingdom.
