As 22-year-old James Edward Jacob, aka Jakwob, is prepping to let loose his debut LP, the Lincoln-born mash-up expert/producer – most notably known for his reworkings of Ellie Goulding’s “Starry Eyed” – has now released the initial single, “Let It Fall,” from the forthcoming project. While his album has yet to receive an official drop date, Mercury Records has already notched a slot for sometime in 2012. As his popularity and visibility continue to increase, expect to hear much more from the young up-and-comer.
