For the tenth anniversary of the Tokyo adidas Originals store, adidas has rolled out this limited edition “Made For” Tokyo Superstar 80s. The exciting limited run of just 150 Superstars is each individually numbered and sure to be a hot commodity. The Japanese fondness for black has inspired the colorway for the new Superstars with very subtle shade differences, giving it a sleek and refined aesthetic. A combination of materials are used, including leather on the upper, the inimitable rubber shell toe, fabric trims, soft suede sockliner, lining made from Clarion functional synthetic material, and an additional numbered hang tag. The “Made For” Tokyo Superstar 80s will be released in December along with a signature jacket which celebrates the city as well.
