HYPEBEAST Presents 5&A Dime & Gumball 3000 - Day 4

Day 4’s update of 5&A Dime’s participation in the Gumball 3000 rally follows them on their last few moments before they head off to North Korea, a country which often features little to no outside media coverage.

“After only getting an hour’s sleep at the Hard Rock Hotel, we packed our bags and met up with everyone on the shuttle to the airport. We had a 15 hour flight ahead of us to North Korea. We made a quick stop in China to switch planes, and landed in NK soon after. We were only in the country for 24 hours, but it was the most memorable leg of the trip.

We were shuttled to May Day Stadium in Pyongyang, North Korea for the “Arirang” Festival, or Mass Games. It’s a massive celebration that takes place on special occasions, and involves close to 100,000 performers. It was one of the craziest things we have ever seen, pictures can’t do it any justice. We then had an interesting dinner and headed back to our seriously outdated room at the Twin Towers hotel. Day 5 coming soon.”
