As a follow-up to our first part look at Brixton’s 2008 Spring Collection comes a final few pieces. Keeping very much in theme with their previous collections, Brixton has brought forth various styles which have been introduced over the years and maintained a strong sense of nostalgia and timeless design. Also new for this season are select accessories such as money clips and belts. Check for a list of retailers over at Brixton.
Created as part of the basketball comedy Semi-Pro starring Will Ferrel, Andre 3000 and Woody Harrelson, Pony produced a series of movie exclusive sneakers. Based on their iconic Top Star Mid, the Flint Tropics colorway and embossed logo can be seen applied to the shoes. Unfortunately these will unlikely be made officially for sale and released only to select people.
Sharing some similar notes as the previous marquee Super Team 33 Luggage Pack, a new pack of MT580s have surfaced. Although not perfect reflections of their 998 model brothers, the distinct colorways create a more then strong connection. No word yet on more details and info, but expected for a July 2008 release.

At the culmination of the 1968 Olympics, newly crowned 200 meter Olympic champion and record holder Tommie Smith made a gesture which would lead to controversy and ultimately banning him from the Olympics. His act of a raised fist on the podium alongside the 3rd place finisher and compatriot John Carlos while barefooted was to represent black poverty. To commemorate this event, a two sneaker collection of Suedes will release later this month with a repeating fist monogram along the upper as well as include golden accents. Available in August of 2008.

With previous collaborations with the likes of Undercover, Number (N)ine and Rude Gallery, Magical Design has looked to influential Japanese personality Rockin’ Jelly Bean for the “Secrit Ring” collection. The rings are predominately themed after schools with one re-interpretating the good ol’ woman genitalia.

When the Sony Ericsson SO905iCS debuted late last year, the rest of the world was quite adamant that the feature packed SO905iCS would manifest itself in some shape or form in a new leading Sony Ericcson model. Head Porter has taken care of Japanese owners of the wonder phone with a combo package which includes carabiner, phone strap and case. The three styles feature are Black Beauty, Savanna and Python.
