This week, A Bathing Ape launched four new Stripe Bapestas. The color scheme of this pack revolves around gold and silver which a lot of footwear brands have used this Spring. The two New York artist Futura and Stash will be opening the “Look Ma No Brakes” art exhibition very soon in Berlin. The exhibition which is themed around fixed gear biking will have special guest performances by Artoo and Clintwood. The event will take place on March 21th starting at 19:00.

In a partnership between Japanese retailers Zozo, Ships and footwear makers Clarks, the three have recently released a special edition of the Desert Boot. Unlike conventional models, the whole upper of the boot has been continually treated with wax to ensure waterproof finish and the special finish seen here. Available now at Ships.
Japanese hip-hop group Teriyaki Boyz just debuted their newest video for their latest single, “Zock On” featuring Pharrell Williams and Busta Rhymes. The video’s premise basically takes random “fun” items featured in the beginning of the video, and are again shown throughout the whole track. As always Bape products are adorned on all Teriyaki Boyz members. There’s also a cameo by Nigo, and Pharrell shows us his versatility by doing the track’s hook in Japanese. Produced by the Neptunes (Star Trak), the “Zock On” single will release on 3/19/08. The video can be seen over at Youtube.
