adidas Remix: Robot Films 2008 EQT B-Ball

Last year saw Robot Films link up with adidas on their project, adidas REMIX. The undeniable success of the previous 2007 EQT B-Ball model will relive itself with an all new 2008 version. The dynamic and creative due of film maker Chris Robinson and Set Free took things to a new minimalistic level, designing a flat matte black upper. Details are kept simple with a motherboard graphic print and solid black sole. As with all EQT B-Balls, two removable neoprene sockliners give the ability to customize the sneaker to your liking. To complete the pack, two Robot is the Future New Era caps as well a t-shirt will release alongside the sneakers. 500 pairs of the sneakers have begun hitting stores now such as Atmos, Bodega, Major Inc and Robot. Stay tuned for more details including interviews with Set Free and a chance to win your very own adidas Remix Robot Films 2008 package. Photos were shot by Set Free himself with his collection of vintage robots.

Just the other day, the sportswear cross streetwear label, F.C.R.B or F.C. Real Bristol released their 2008 Spring/Summer lookbook on their website and in the look book we briefly saw what looked to be a F.C.R.B. Body Ball. Now, the creative director of F.C.R.B, Hirofumi Kiyonaga, has released pictures of the Body Ball on his blog. Unfortunately we don’t know exactly when this Body Ball will be released but we find this product very interesting as F.C.R.B. has gone out of the norms of “streetwear” to produce something simple yet functional.
