Many have said that Bape has been on a decline (on a street level) since it entered the American markets or when certain hip hop artists started wearing it. But we think that they will make a nice come back this year. We have already seen some better products from Bape this year including the release of the “Black Label”. Here are two new Gore-Tex jackets that have just been released in Japan. Both the jackets feature a subtle black “Bape” camo pattern which is great for those who don’t want to be a moving target for laughter. Both jackets are now available at Bape retail stores (if it didn’t already sell out) or at Cliff Edge.
The Vans Vault line is a sub line of Vans that allows designers and artist to experiment and play around with new designs. Here is the latest from the Vault collection which is a Mountain Edition Hi LX. This Mt. Edition features a checkered pattered, suede material and a toe box strap. This shoe comes in two colorways and is available now at Essense.
We previously posted some items from the Japanese label Undercover’s “Summer Madness” Collection here. Now here are more items from that collection which includes All Star-esque sneakers, zip up parkas, hooded tailor jackets and of course t-shirts. The tees goes for $700 HKD each and will be available at the Undercover store in Hong Kong.
What’s even more interesting about this post is the chrome Apple Macbook seen in the picture with the shoes. It’s most likely a custom job but anyways, I want my Macbook chromed out now.

You may have heard of the footwear label Cause from their projects with Stussy or recently, CLS. This rising footwear brand from Japan has just teamed up with Seattle based label, Maiden Noir, for an upcoming collabo sneaker. Maiden Noir as you know is known for their darker themed clothes so this sneaker has naturally been designed in the same manner. Only a selected few Maiden Noir retailers will be getting these in at the end of the month. They will be retailing for $175.

French blog Guillotine has picked up another interesting find at the Bread and Butter tradeshow in Barcelona. It looks like WESC has commissioned the artist from New York Stash to do a series of collaboration items which include denim, t-shirts and hoodies. No word on when the items will be released but definitely something to look out for.
