Here’s an upcoming look at what Puma has in store for their popular Clyde sneaker. These simple Puma Clydes comes in solid colorways including black, red and natural. Not shown here but there are also two other colors as part of the roster which includes blue and chestnut. The upper is combined with a classic gum sole to complete the package. No word yet on a release date but these are slated for a winter release.

A new sneaker has been revealed in light of the previously previewed Strummer Dunk Low. Seen here is another model added to the Strummer equation. If you are familiar with the Strummer Dunk Low, it is based around The Clash lead singer Joe Strummer’s 1966 Fender Telecaster. The previously viewed model can be considered the After model while this new look is the Before model. The sneakers represent the progression of Strummer’s guitar over the years from its brand new untarnished state to its eventual resting place after Joe Strummer’s death in the Rock n’ Roll Hall of Fame. No word yet on a release month.

Todd Francis has teamed up with Oakley for a pair of sunglasses for the Oakley Artist Series. For the last 15 years, Todd Francis’ work has spanned skate company’s such as Element, Stereo, Real Skateboards, Spitfire Wheels and Anti-hero Skateboards. The “Eyepatch” sunglasses will come packaged in a custom pouch and box.
Although Groundhog Day isn’t set to take place until February 2nd, here is a look at a pair of samples of a Groundhog Day inspired XR Runner. Groundhog Day has traditionally been considered Mother Nature’s own method of predicting the further duration of winter. If the groundhog does not see his shadow (cloudy), winter will end shortly. However if the groundhog does see his shadow (sunny), the groundhog will be frightened and run back into his burrow resulting in a further 6 weeks of winter.
The sneakers will have one shadow while the other one will be shadow-less. The form stripe includes a grass picture print. Other groundhog references also include a furry lining. No word yet on a release date but it is safe to assume these won’t release until next year closer to Groundhog Day.
