Seen here are three t-shirts by Buddha Apparel featuring some bandanna wearing Autobots and Decipticons. Each t-shirt comes in black as well as other design exclusive colors. Just a few of the items seen capturing the popularity of this year’s blockbuster hit and the cartoons many of us grew up watching.
Atmos has just released the Switched t-shirt. The t-shirt features different colored panels broken down into three parts. Available through Atmos and select retailers and retails for 7,350 Yen (approximately $64 USD).
In an unprecedented move in American museum history, Japanese pop-artist Takashi Murakami’s upcoming “Ã‚Â© Murakami” exhibition will have a mini pop-up Louis Vuitton store in the exhibition. Unlike conventional retail spaces in museum environments that operate outside the showing area, the pop-up store will actual be operated right in the middle of the exhibition. Among the items available for sale are special pieces created for this MoCA (Museum of Contemporary Art Los Angeles) show such as leather goods and handbags. The art derived reasoning behind this concept is best described as a tie-in with the commercialization of Murakami’s art alongside the breaking of barriers between low and high art (which has been Murakami’s intentions all along). The store itself will operate as it’s own entity and MoCA will not receive any proceeds from the sale of LV goods. The show runs from October 29th to February 11th.

New Balance has taken the concept of the Materials Pack to a new level and has introduced a few more A02 576’s sneakers for this upcoming Fall. These two releases feature a plaid upper with a painted stylized ‘N’ logo. Two conventional colors were used in blue and red with each employing contrast stitching. Available this month.

In association with the recent Alife x Puma First Round release, friends & family were hooked up with a special exclusive version. The differences included an entirely reflective 3M upper. The Puma formstripe is also completely reflective. The lining of the sneaker is embroidered with “ALIFESTYLE LIKE NO OTHER”. 48 pairs of the white First Rounds were allocated to friends while 12 pairs of the black version were strictly for family.
