Toypunks - The Intersection of Japanese Toys, Fashion, and Punk Rock

Toy Punks recently began shooting an interesting documentary in Japan detailing the how and why there seems to be a strong relationship between the three somewhat differing profiles of Japanese Toys, Fashion, and Punk Rock. Among the people featured in the Japanese portion of the documentary include Hikaru Iwanaga of Bounty Hunter and Hiddy of Secret Base. Toypunks have also documented their adventures via this blog. We eagerly anticipate the completion and release of this video. It’s always amazing to see the ability to find correlation between mismatched facets in society.
