For the past 10+ years, Los Angeles very own Augustine Kofie has been hoarding discarded treasures. For the first time, a very special Installation of his accumulated assortments will be on display in the windows of SURU for the month of April 2007. Snatched metal signs, vintage spray cans, outdated drafting supply’s, assorted Boom Boxes, Electronic Equipment, Industrial Furniture & a healthy handful of Tool Boxes will adorn the front & interior display windows of this forward thinking boutique. Most of these personal & never before seen artifacts have been embellished with Kof’s unique design asthetic, some maintain their natural age & beauty. Comme des Garcon Guerrilla Store +4812 Cracow

Comme des Garcon +4812 Cracow just opened up a guerrilla store this past Saturday, March 24 in a former Peterseim factory on ul. Zolkiewskiego 17. The store attracted about 100 people during its opening, where they were able to experience the store with its collection of furniture from the socialistic era. There were also leftover pieces from the factory itself. The store will be occupying the the space for about a year and should be an adventure to find for those into discovering new and strange retail spaces.
