The long awaited fixed gear bike documentary MASH recently began their inaugural showings worldwide. On the heels of these events come the MASH Book & DVD Set which is designed by MASH rider Garrett Chow and Benny Gold. The book references San Francisco’s hilly and winding Lombard Street. The skid marks on the cover are a great touch as well. The DVD is now available for pre-order via the Mash Store.
Two big Japanese personalities, Hiroshi Fujiwara (of Fragment Design) and Hirofumi Kiyonaga (of Sophnet.) are at the forefront of a new collection titled uniform experiment. The more mature collection features sweaters, suits, pants, ties and other accessories created in painstaking detail. Here’s a quick preview, with more to come for the 2008 Spring season.

At this year’s Art Basel Beach 2007, a special invite-only FAME-Collective exhibition will take place. The showcase of talent will include new unreleased works from some of the world’s most renowned artists such as Dave White, Futura, Stash, Ron English, Jeremy Fish, Sam Flores and Mars-1 among others. This event will take place for a short period of time between December 4th – 8th, in South Beach, Miami at FAME-Collective’s 5,000 sq ft., 4-story gallery. This opportunity will only bestowed via an invite and will also include parties alongside some of South Beach’s hottest night spots.
Canadian sneaker boutique Livestock have cooked up a fresh batch of New Era caps for the Fall season. Included in the drop are three distinct new styles, the oversized side logo, the classic LS logo, and a more subtle LS brim embroidered model. Each hat is available in three colors for nine unique hats overall. The whole series will be available this Saturday, October 20th in store and online at Livestock.
