Number (N)ine 2007 T-Shirts
In the February issue of Japan fashion magazine Popeye , they showcase a preview of Number Nine’s Spring/Summer 2007 collection. The theme for S/S 2007 is “About a Boy” which take inspiration from the late Kurt Cobain and Johnny Cash who are both musical icons in their respective genres. There will also be many T-Shirt collaboration projects this year and they will focus on unique sewing, using a 3D soft texture and will continue to be in the tones of black and white. Yutaka Miyashita, the designer of Number Nine will also be working on a collaboration line called SHAMBLES.
