Puma, Kicksclusive Magazine, Karmaloop.com, and Brand P!mps $ Media Wh*res will be hosting a huge party and press networking event entitled “In the Biz†taking place at Spirit NYC Tuesday July 18t h 530 w27th Street during the week of the Project Show.
The party will celebrate the release of Kicksclusive’s Lupe Fiasco cover issue; Karmaloop’s second Puma shoe collaboration debut and the streetwear fashion biz in general with a night of hi-jinx, press, kicks, streetwear, and liquor. The party will not only have an incredible line up with the hottest performer and DJ’s on the planet right now Lupe Fiasco, Dj Clinton Sparks, and Dj Soul but also have a unique networking component.
The night will begin with an “Industry Leaders†cocktail hour from 9:00 to 10:30. Only key “Streetwear Fashion Industry Leaders†and select press outlets will be invited to attend this reception. This feature will allow the press and the power players attending the Project Show the opportunity to connect in an easy manner and relaxing environment. Liquor and Tapas will be served.
After that the party will open to other VIP’s who will enjoy an open bar before the party opens up to the larger fashion public. Industry Leaders/VIP’s will receive gift bags from Puma, Kicksclusive, Karmaloop.com, Artful Dodger, Triko, Spoon Fed, Leroy Jenkins, Kid Robot, and WeSC. Industry Leaders, Celebrities, and VIP’s will be photographed in front of a step and repeat back drop upon entering the event.
“In the Biz†will be more than just another lifestyle event it will also be an unprecedented concentration of the movers, shakers, influencers, and taste makers in the sneaker and streetwear industry. It is sure to be the premiere event of the Project Show week and the most talked about!
