You should definitely pick up a copy of The New York Times Magazine this Sunday which has a cover story on independent brands like The Hundreds, aNYthing, and Barking Irons.
The article by Rob Walker tells us that the “street culture” scene is gradually making an impact and becoming more widespread in the US.

One of the much aniticipated collaboration from Undercover this year has dropped today. The two Tokyo based brand – Undercover and Vandalize (own by the original members who started Undercover with Jun Takahashi) has teamed up to produce this amazing t-shirt. Two colors has been released, and they will be available in all Undercover stores throughout Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
