As an extension of Funkmaster Flex’s Custom Car and Bike Show Tour, Fat Joe is slated to host a shoe competition at three locations later this summer.
In unison with typical hip hop battles, the International Sneaker Battle will include a panel of judges, contestant guidelines, and categories to be judged upon. The first event, which will be held on June 24th at the New Jersey Convention & Expo Center in Edison, NJ, will be graced by A-list persons, such as Bobbito, DJ Premier, Xzibit, Rev Run, the Dipset collective of Cam’ron, Jim Jones, Juelz Santana, Lox representatives Jadakiss and Styles P, Pitbull, Don Omar and Tego Calderon.
LeiLow Hawaii has recently done a collaboration with Medicom Toy and will release a Be@rbrick. They are now accepting pre-order in Japan, and will release in late August. The Be@rbrick is designed very nicely by Jules Gayton (one of the owners of LeiLow) with LeiLow’s signature eye-catching green with the Hawaii favor.

With the World Cup 2006 just around the corner, everyone is busy releasing a whole slew of World Cup products. We have already seen the Adidas X Microsoft Xbox 360. Now, Toshiba has released it’s own limited edition World Cup Laptop based on the Dynabook model. What’s special about it is that an image of the World Cup trophy as well as the past World Cup champions are engraved on the gold colored cover. These laptops are limited to 600 pieces and will sell for $1700.
