One of the most innovative sneaker releases in a long time took place this weekend at the Imperial Tea Court in San Francisco’s Chinatown area. It was day 2 of the LeBron IV “Fobidden City” scavenger hunt which lead sneakerheads to the Imperial Tea Court for a gathering that consisted of tea, interviews, and of course, sneakers. The best part about the release was that the second day total for the Chinatown YMCA is now at $10,580. Good job sneakerheads, for putting your passion for sneakers for a good cause. Also, big ups to the guy at the end who gave HYPEBEAST a shout out.
You can catch the Day 1 video which took place at the Four Seasons restaurant here also.

Honeyee has a new feature up on the new store opening of Burton in Japan. There’s plenty of images of the shop and the grand opening reception. There’s also pictures from the after party celebration at Vanilla. Pretty exciting stuff as Shaun White was also in attendance to join the many festivities of the opening.
