Here are some new winter items from Visvim. For the cold season, Visvim is keeping their earthtone color theme for most of their winter apparel – White/Black/Olive/Beige. Their 2-Ply Henley is made from Giza45, which is a very rare high-class cotton material. The thickness of the garnment is just right for the cold weather. The new Visvim zip-up hoodies are also from the same material. Also, Visvim has some new “Invisible Fit Corduroys,” the material used is a special kind of curdoroy, which is good for the winter weather as well.

Move over now to the Think Piece section of Honeyee to read the article, “Sneaker Freaks Change The World?” by Daisuke Noda and Yamamoto with Photographs by BEN. The article and interviews are in Japanese, so you’ll probably need a translator for it. This is a good article since it expands on the culture with insights from brand managers at Adidas, Puma, Supreme, Undefeated, Foot Patrol, and Hectic.
However, it’s in Japanese so use a translator like Google Translator to read it.

Michael Jordan paid Nike Town a visit today. It was his first visit since 1999. In the building also, was non other than “The Architect” himself, Tinker Hatfield. The visit was a chance for Michael Jordan fans to hear a few words from his “Airness,” with a little Q&A mixed in. After the show, those in attendance had a chance to purchase a pair of the Jordan Grape V’s. And of course, since it’s one of the most sought after shoes as of late, there was a good deal of chaos. Tinker Hatfield also stayed to sign boxes, shoes, retro cards, books, and posters, while fellow designer Mark Smith was in attendance to talk to press. I’m sure those who stood outside for long hours definitely deserved what they waited for.
