According to Streetwear Today, “this graphic is a tribute to John Willie, a British Artist who was born in Singapore during the 1900’s and then moved to New York during the 1920’s to start his publication, the Bizarre magazine, which Willie also edited. John Willie was a master of the bondage genre, and he created numerous works for private orders, which unfortunately have never been published.” Info from ASF.
