Some new pictures of the Nike SB Dunk Stussy have surfaced from Skatehere.com. These will be released in the coming month of July. The tag on the tongue with the Cherry logo is totally unique from the previous Nike SB Tags. These Stussy Dunks in a dark khaki/vanilla/shy pink colorway will be great for both guys and girls for the summer holidays.
Both the top sneaker customizers are at it again but this time working on the same theme. Both Meth and SBTG have each done a Nike Dunk using black selvege demin. Looks like The Triads have some new stock and its looking pretty good. They have a new limited edition Surrender jacket mad be the infamous Gortex! Surrender is the brainchild of Mo Wax records head Honcho, James Lavelle. It boasts all the usual Gore specifications including technical fabrication, breath ability and taped seams. The collaboration is complete with the Unkle / MoWax camouflage and amazing attention to detail. You can pre-order your jacket now, so get your orders in.
The hundreds have just updated their site recently and added an inspirational interview with the great man, Rick Klotz. When I was first researching around the street wear industry I hadn’t heard of Rick Klotz but friends were recommending me to look him up. The graphics I found were really fresh and original, something different from the methodical ‘blubber’ coming out of some brands. So check the interview out on the hundreds website, its really inspirational stuff, not mentioning that he talks about the on going court case with Stussy.
Finish Line along with Reebok is hosting a Customized Sneaker Contest where the winner gets his own custom designed shoe made which will be sold at Finish Line (Profits from the shoe will go to a charity of the winner’s choice). In addition, the winner will attend a 3 day trip to Boston to tour Reebok’s headquarter and a $1000 Reebok shopping certificate. Stash was recently at Capitol 1524 in Seattle for the You Are Here event which was held on June 11th. I wish I was there so I could of picked up one of those Bapexcluvsive x Stash Spray Can pillows. I got to thank Richard for sending me those photos.

Crooked Tongues has news of the Superstar 35th Anniversary Book – adidas have dropped a new book to coincide with their Superstar 35th birthday celebrations. The book focuses mainly on the recent anniversary releases although it does also contain a few morsels of history and plenty of design work inspired by the classic shelltoe silhouette. It’s available in 2 versions; a standard hard bound version and a deluxe leather bound special edition. Both are limited to 3000 and 500 respectively with the deluxe edition commanding a higher price point. Both are available now from adidas’ 6 Newburgh street concept store and other selected retailers.
