'Joy' Official Teaser Trailer Starring Jennifer Lawrence
Jennifer Lawrence stars in David O’Russell’s flick about the inventor of the Miracle Mop.
Having previously worked together on Silver Linings Playbook back in 2012, director David O’Russell, Jennifer Lawrence, Bradley Cooper and Robert De Niro are back with Joy for Holiday 2015. Billed as a “biographical comedy-drama,” the film is something a bit unorthodox and stars Lawrence as Joy Mangano, a single mom of three children who invents the self-wringing Miracle Mop before eventually becoming the president of Ingenious Designs, LLC. Starring De Niro as Mangano’s father, Edgar Ramirez as her divorced husband, and Bradley Cooper as an executive at the Home Shopping Network, Joy is due out December 25.
