i posted this in OT, it got a lot of positive feedback. It hasn't been moved here yet so i'll post a new thread.

anyway, theres way too many lurkers around.

i vote for certain threads (ie: WDYWT/PickUps) not visible to lurkers. Also, you shouldn't be able to view them until you have a certain number of posts (ie: 50) or are a member for a while (month or two)

I don't see the issue really. How are lurkers bad? The only negative I see is the current trend of people lurking then signing up and immediately talking shit/flamming. If anything i think we would want the lurkers to sign up so the site can grow
