It's pretty much natural to suffer depression in your teenage years. I just got over it all it took for me was a day off school (which was the main cause) to.get out and do the shit I love. This was a few months ago though. When I get depressed I try to keep my head up but when I hit the bottom I give up on everything.

I've been borderline depressed since my grandma died but I been combating it by just participating in activities that I love. I been watching/playing basketball and talking to bitches. Getting active really helps to try to feel better

I just run when I'm feeling depressed. Loneliness mostly makes me depressed though. Life's good though. I really have no reason to be depressed. No dead fam, I got food, I can afford and buy stuff I want, i'm making money, and talking to bitches.

It's honestly the same thing for me everyday too. I just say to myself that I'm a young nigga and I got a lot more in store in the future. It could be worse.
