What are some dope cheap backpacks? I got one from Asos (sort of looks like a herschel bag) but it isn't big enough for me and rips easily. What are some good quality decently priced bags?

I got this Kelty bag on Amazon for cheap:

http://www.amazon.com/Kelty-Cycle-Hiker-18-Liter-Olive/dp/B004CXAB78/ref=brand_ltst_shs_i

Kelty is a reputable brand and it's made with Cordura nylon. They've got a bag they made with Beams+ that I think looks similar to this one and sells for about as much as a North Face purple label.

Not sure what kind of back pack you're looking for. But I have a few I got at Military surplus spots that were cheap and very good quality that will last.

Good post. I need a new backpack too. I have been using two Timberland backpacks since about 04', but I been without a bag for about a minute now. The Timberland bags wasn't cheap lol. I lucked up and got the bags off of my school voucher. Now I find myself looking at a lot of bags costing between $70 to $250 dollars, not cool. Plus, I'm going back to school and using the bag to carry my laptop, books, and etc. Finding a good backpack at a low price is hard. However, going to the brands that specialize in making good backpacks is always the best route. That way you can get a really good and long lasting bags. Even if I have to pay a little more.

Hate on Jansport all you want, but they make quality products at a fair price. Mine gets beat up and is still good as new.

You get what you pay for. Jansport is cool but many other brands do it better!
