Evolution of Denim

Thanks man.. those a kaiharas and I stayed true to size with them. I don't even think levi even has them anymore but they retailed $120 or something and I bought them just to see how their fade was not even expecting much but they turned out to be my favorite denim so far. Fit is on point with them too and exactly what I wanted.

Haha and about those dills.. just thought id throw them on to see how they look because I wasn't sure if ill like em but personally I think they look as good on as they are off.

Btw I only washed the levis once and that was like a few months because I had throw up on them. I think imma wash them again soon so ill be sure to post the postwash pics too.

Let me know if you guys have anymore questions.

I'll admit to being completely ignorant when it comes to denim, but all these people asking about the history, and having 1 or 2 washes in 6 months...shit, man. That just seems weird to not do your laundry. Like, how often do you wear the jeans without washing them? Don't they smell? And get all stretched out at the knees & ass? I wash my pants like once a week.

Nah bruv, we take showers unlike your grimey hipster ass

I'm asking about the jeans, bro. I don't care if you shower or not. I just don't understand not washing your clothes. Instead of trying to be the funny guy, how about you actually just answer the question? Enlighten me, elitist.

jacobsever - while it seems as though your jeans would smell like shit after a week without washing them, they actually don't start to smell that bad until after 3 or 4 months (unless they get wet, that's another story...). i'd guess that this is because most people don't really sweat too much around the leg area and also shower daily. underwear also helps.

Pictures don't show the contrasts. These are about 2 years old, I barely wear them anymore because they're too skinny, But in the later stages I primarily wore these as work jeans (I do roofing) and they got thrashed.

No idea to be honest, I was super active in them too, only soaked them in the ocean, maybe that has something to do with it?

Literally every time I see you post I get pissed off, because I know it's gonna be some clueless shit. I'll answer - Unless you have legs that sweat an inhuman amount (I don't know anyone that actually gets sweaty legs unless its summertime or whatever) and you actually shower daily then you are effectively placing clean legs into clean fabric day in day out. The idea of raw denim is to have them beaten up and destroyed anyway so even if you are a filthy bastard, that's the whole point. You either like it or you don't
