Despite leaving the helm of fashion house Balenciaga after a relatively short tenure, Alexander Wang’s namesake label has been going strong. For its forthcoming 2015 fall/winter collection, the New York-based imprint draws greater influence from streetwear than in previous seasons, though the predominant reliance on darker hues remains. Juxtaposed with graphic prints and geometric patterns, Japanese publication SENSE highlights heavy outerwear pieces, knitwear and footwear, in a signature rugged aesthetic that it has become synonymous with.
