He sure kept us waiting but Gesaffelstein has returned with new music. The enigmatic French producer has scored the soundtrack to the upcoming thriller Maryland. The movie was heavily hyped in Cannes and features Diane Kruger and Mathieu Schoenaerts in the leading roles. The Yeezus collaborator scored 10 original compositions in addition to three songs from his discography. As Music Times points out, the soundtrack will be pressed on double 180-gram heavyweight vinyl, housed in screen printed gatefold and inner sleeves with one of his musical scores printed on X-Ray paper, the vinyl edition will be limited to 1000 copies when the album arrives September 25.
