Progressive, forward-thinking London sound-sculptor Visionist has shared a new song entitled “Perfect.” “Perfect” dementedly blends together the music of Ciara and Future, who recently went through a public break-up. For his latest creation, Visionist warps Future’s sections from “I Won” and intertwines them with distorted Ciara a capellas to create a melancholic and unorthodox production. Judging by the sound of “Perfect,” Visionist definitely set out to evoke a particular set of emotions with his latest. The producer explained his reasoning for the song and its concept to FADER as such:

They say there is nothing that is perfect and here is an example of it…Focusing on Future and Ciara’s relationship, I wanted to show the dark aspect of the myth term of ‘perfection.’ ‘Perfect’ might be one of the most dangerous words.”

There’s definitely a very real, deep vision with Visionist’s latest. You can listen to “Perfect” below.
