Childish Gambino Announces ‘STN MTN / KAUAI’ Gangsta Grillz Mixtape

Childish Gambino had an eventful day yesterday, as he made strong appearances on Logic’s new single “Driving Ms Daisy,” and Problem’s “Dollaz & Sense” freestyle. Today, he’s putting the hype to good use as he announces his new mixtape, STN MTN / KAUAI, via his Tumblr. The project will be released via DJ Drama’s Gangsta Grillz umbrella. The title refers to Stone Mountain, Georgia, where he was raised, and the Hawaiian island of Kauaʻi. It is also worth pointing out that Jaden Smith is credited on the cover as “The Boy,” a possible hint at his role as the narrator of the project.
