Streetwear imprint Black Scale previews its latest offerings with a new lookbook for the 2014 fall/winter season. The collection maintains the brand’s rugged edge while incorporating austere tailoring in key pieces, including buttoned-up shirts and the houndstooth pea coat. Like previous collections, graphic prints and patterns remain an important motif, bold stars are featured on a sweater and parka jacket, while an Aztec-inspired pattern envelops a sweater and is used as a detail on other items. The focus on blocking a variety of materials and textures within garments brings shape and dimension to the dark palette within the range.
