Ski apparel label Descente presents the 2013 fall/winter collection of its Dualism Project lineup.
Ski apparel label Descente presents the 2013 fall/winter collection of its Dualism Project lineup. Conceived with the pursuit of sportswear that is both stylish and functional in mind, the Dualism project is centered around the ‘connection’ between contrasting elements.
The 2013 fall/winter collection is a selection of technical jackets designed for extreme conditions with a stylistic attitude to match and was designed around Kasanegi (‘layering’ in Japanese) and the concept of Urban Mobility. Fabrics used in the collection include kevlar, shape memory polyester and high-density waterproof cotton. Particular mention of the innovation underlining the collection goes to a welded, non-quilted down jacket that uses Japanese four-way stretch material for added freedom of movement. The collection can be explored in further detail and purchased through the brand’s website.
