The Strokes Reveal Release Date Of Their New Album

Seventies-inflected rock collective the Strokes have recently confirmed the much speculated released date of their fourth full-length offering via bassist Nikolai Fraiture’s private Facebook-profile. The album will see the light of day on March 22th in the US via RCA. The still-untitled LP is said to be ten songs long which are likely to be performed live during their announced tour this year. In related Strokes news, Weezer’s Rivers Cuomo hinted on a video via Twitter that him and Strokes frontman Julian Casablancas are working in the studio together. It remains to be seen what these two musicians are preparing. Stay tuned and check out the short vid above.
