Universal Works x Progress Running Club Debut ’80s-Inspired Limited-Edition T-Shirt
A unification of two UK-based brands.
Universal Works has teamed up with Progress Running Club for a duo of limited-edition t-shirts. The Nottingham brand has long espoused its commitment to fostering community while delivering quality pieces.
Mark Batista, a friend of the brand, is the founder of the UK-based Progress Running Club, which operates as both a run club and store for performancewear. Citing ‘80s running culture as its main inspiration, the club has locations in North and East London and has recently expanded into Japan.
Available in white and navy blue, the t-shirts are reminiscent of an ‘80s high school gym class and feature both brands’ names, along with the slogan “Peace, Love, Soul.”
“IAt Progress Running Club, every step forward is progress and every hurdle overcome is a triumph,” Batista said. “We’re thrilled to collaborate with Universal Works, a brand that shares our values of quality and community.”
The Universal Works x Progress Running Club t-shirt is available for purchase now through both Universal Works and Progress Running Club’s online stores.
