Director of Creative Projects at Nordstrom
As the director of creative projects for Nordstrom, Olivia Kim is responsible for building conceptual marketing projects for the retail giant. Her quirky, out-of-the-box projects include “pop-ins” -- an in-store temporary shopping experience that takes place once a month in eight of Nordstrom’s flagships alongside high-profile stores across the States. Each pop-in centers around a core theme and showcases a wide range of goods, from luxe pieces to beatnik finds from fledging labels -- think selfie sticks to collectible art installations by FriendsWithYou. With a decade of experience working with Opening Ceremony, Kim brings a new burst of energy to the retailer, generating new ideas to engage customers with unique stories. Bridging Nordstorm’s heritage with her own fun-loving sensibility, 2015 will sure be a year filled with exciting ventures.
