Not often does an individual storm the worlds of music and fashion simultaneously. Pretty Flacko managed such an accomplishment in the later half of 2012, leading into this year with the release of LONG.LIVE.A$AP in January. Catalyzing a rare level of interest regarding his stylistic and musical exploits, A$AP Rocky, real name Rakim Mayers, aided in putting Harlem back on the map along with his A$AP Mob cohorts. Cultivating relationships with a number of designers through his largely experimental manner of dress, Alexander Wang, Raf Simons and Jeremy Scott were amongst the names responding positively to Rocky, the latter of which tapped the rapper for a collaborative blacked-out pair of the instantly recognizable JS Wings. Undoubtedly, 2013 was another big year for DAT PMF.
