HYPEBEAST X PUMA: SUEDE SESSIONS GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promotion Description: By participating in the Puma SUEDE Sessions giveaway ("Giveaway"), each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by the Giveaway terms and conditions herein ("Rules"), the relevant Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy together with the decisions of Hypebeast Hong Kong Limited ("Hypebeast"), which shall be final and binding in all respects. Hypebeast is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of entries and the overall administration of the Giveaway. Entrants should look solely to Hypebeast with any questions, comments or problems related to the Giveaway.
2. Eligibility: The Giveaway shall only be open to United Kingdom residents, who are 18 years or older (unless otherwise specified elsewhere in the Giveaway). Any person below age 13 is not permitted to submit any information in any event. Any persons aged between 13 to 17 may enter this Giveaway and submit details voluntarily, but are not eligible to win any prize(s) offered through this Giveaway. Entry is void where contrary to, prohibited or restricted by local law where that entrant is legally residing at the material time.
3. Winner Selection: Prize for this Giveaway shall be provided by Hypebeast or its designated representatives, which shall be two (2) tickets to the Puma SUEDE Sessions Listening Party ("Party"), attending as part of the Hypebeast community ("Prize"). The winner receives one (1) ticket for themselves, and one (1) additional ticket to bring along a guest of their choice - the guest does not need to be the same person originally tagged in the comments. The guest must be 18 years of age or older at the time of the Party and must be able to provide valid government-issued photo identification document confirming this as set out below. Failure to meet this requirement may result in the guest being refused entry to the Party. Fifteen (15) separate winners of the Giveaway will be selected based on those who successfully complete the Giveaway entry, among all eligible entries received throughout the Promotional Period.
   
   Selection is conducted by Hypebeast, whose decisions are final, on an unbiased random basis. The selected winner will be contacted by Hypebeast via Instagram direct messaging no later than 20 August 2026, 12:00 BST (being four (4) business days before the anticipated Party Date). Hypebeast will provide selected winners at least forty-eight (48) hours to reply via the same communication channel and acknowledge acceptance of the Prize as directed by Hypebeast, and in any event the winner must respond no later than 24 August 2026, 12:00 BST (being two (2) business day before the anticipated Party Date). If the selected winner does not respond in the time frame designated by Hypebeast, rejects the Prize, or notification is returned as undeliverable, it will result in prize forfeiture. Hypebeast reserves the right to select and notify an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries promptly following such forfeiture, who will be given at least twenty-four (24) hours to accept the Prize, and in any event the alternate winner must respond no later than 25 August 2026, 12:00 BST (being one (1) business day before the anticipated Party Date). Any Prize not accepted by this deadline may go unawarded, at Hypebeast's sole discretion. The potential prize winner may be required to sign and return a declaration of eligibility and release of liability (collectively "Prize Claim Documents"). Entry and prize are not transferable to another individual, cash or alternatives will also not be offered.
4. Rescheduling and Cancellation: The date, time, venue, and format of the Party (the "Party Date") is anticipated but not guaranteed. HB reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to set, change, reschedule, or cancel the Party for any reason, including but not limited to adverse weather, an act of God, actual or threatened terrorism, civil unrest, pandemic, epidemic, or any other cause, and will provide selected winners with reasonable advance notice of any such change where practicable.
   
   The Prize, and any ticket or guestlist entry issued pursuant to it, is valid only for, and strictly conditional upon, the Party being successfully held. If the Party does not take place, in whole or in part, for any reason, the Prize shall be deemed automatically withdrawn and void, and no substitute prize, compensation, refund, or alternative arrangement shall be offered to any winner, guest, or entrant.
   
   Should the Party Date change from that originally anticipated, the deadlines set out in these Rules that are calculated by reference to the Party Date shall be recalculated on the same basis by reference to the new Party Date, save that in no event shall any such deadline fall before the end of the Promotional Period.
5. Prizes: Only one prize per person and per household will be awarded. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by the winner. The Prize is completely non-tangible. No physical tickets will be issued or mailed. The Prize consists strictly of the winner's name and guest's name being added to the official event guestlist. ENTRANTS, WINNERS AND THEIR GUESTS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE AND LIABLE FOR ANY AND ALL COSTS, EXPENSES, AND LIABILITIES WHATSOEVER ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH ATTENDING AND/OR ATTEMPTING TO ATTEND THE PARTY (INCLUDING WHERE THE PARTY DATE IS CHANGED OR RESCHEDULED), INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRAVEL, ACCOMMODATION, MEALS, TRANSPORTATION, INSURANCE, AND ANY INCIDENTALS TO, AT AND FROM THE PARTY. HYPEBEAST SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY SUCH COSTS, EXPENSES, OR LOSSES HOWSOEVER INCURRED.
   
   Final digital confirmation will be sent to the winner via Instagram direct messaging (or a designated email) no later than 25 August 2026, 18:00 BST (being one (1) business day before the anticipated Party Date). Hypebeast is not liable for any failure or delay in notification or confirmation delivery resulting from technical errors, network or internet breakdowns, social media platform outages, or any other digital malfunctions beyond its reasonable control. Hypebeast makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, condition, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Winners and guests must present valid government-issued photo identification document at the Party venue matching the names provided. Hypebeast will not replace any lost or stolen prize items. All taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the selected prize winner. Failure to comply with any of these Rules or meet the stated eligibility criteria will result in forfeiture of the prize.
   
   The Released Parties (defined below), and/or any other relevant party, reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any winner or guest who engages in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the Party. Cash cannot be substituted for any ticket prize unless otherwise agreed by the Hypebeast. Winner is strictly prohibited from selling, auctioning, trading or otherwise transferring the tickets unless Hypebeast consents in writing. Unused tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash or applied towards tickets for any subsequent years. All Party details are at the sole discretion of Hypebeast.
6. Online Entry: The Giveaway period is open from 12 August 2026 at 12:00 BST to 19 August 2026 at 11:59 BST ("Promotional Period"). To enter, entrants must follow both Hypebeast (@Hypebeastuk) and Puma (@puma.uk) on Instagram, like the Hypebeast designated Reel and comment on the Reel, tagging who they would like to bring with them to the Party. Automated or robotic entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified immediately. Internet entry must be made by the entrant personally. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than one entry by using multiple/different email addresses/Instagram accounts, residential addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant will be immediately disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set herein. All entries must be submitted before the end of the Giveaway Promotional Period in order to participate. Hypebeast's database clock will be the official time keeper for this Giveaway.
7. Privacy: All entrants acknowledge that if they are chosen as a winner, certain personally identifying information may be disclosed to third parties at least as required by law, including, without limitation, on a winner's list. All personal information submitted as part of the Giveaway will be used in accordance with Hypebeast's online privacy policy (https://hypebeast.com/privacy).
   
   Any personal information that entrants share with Hypebeast will be kept secure and used as per the Rules and aforesaid privacy policy. Entrants agree that all submitted information may be used by Hypebeast to administer this competition. For competition entries and opt-in to receive marketing communications from Hypebeast, the Data Controller (as defined under applicable data protection legislation) is Hypebeast (for further information, please refer to the privacy policy of Hypebeast - https://hypebeast.com/privacy).
8. Limitation of Liability: Hypebeast is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Giveaway. Giveaway assumes no responsibility for any misdirected or lost email/Instagram direct messages, or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay of operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.
   
   In the event of a dispute concerning who registered online to enter the Giveaway, the registration will be declared to have been made by the authorized account holder - defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address or the social media username or handle by an internet or platform provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address, or social media platform provider responsible for assigning the username or handle associated with the submitted entry. A potential winner may be requested to provide Hypebeast with proof that they are the authorized account holder of the email address or the social media account used to enter the Giveaway. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Hypebeast's satisfaction, the entry will be deemed ineligible.
   
   By entering the Giveaway, you as entrant agree (for yourself and your heirs) that Hypebeast and each of their respective affiliates and agents, and any entity involved in any aspect of this Giveaway (all aforementioned parties are collectively, the "Released Parties") will have no liability, and will be held harmless from and against liability, loss, injury or damage to property or person, including death, and reasonable attorney's fees and court costs, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, participation in the Giveaway, or the Giveaway and/or the Party failing to take place, being postponed, cancelled, or altered in any respect for any reason. Nothing in these Rules shall seek to limit or exclude liability on behalf of any of the Released Parties for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.
