- Promotion Description: The ZFG Giveaway sweepstakes celebrates and promotes Netflix’s new show starring Kevin Hart. By participating in the ZFG Giveaway sweepstakes (“Giveaway”), each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by the Giveaway terms and conditions herein (“Rules”), the relevant Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy together with the decisions of Hypebeast Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Hypebeast”), which shall be final and binding in all respects. Hypebeast is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of entries and the overall administration of the Giveaway. Entrants should look solely to Hypebeast with any questions, comments or problems related to the Giveaway.
- Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the fifty US states and the District of Columbia only (excluding Puerto Rico and any other US territories or possessions). Entrants must be 18 years or older on the date of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Hypebeast, Netflix and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies and subsidiary companies, and their advertising, promotion, or production agencies, prize providers, Web masters and Web suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents and their IRS dependents, immediate families (spouse and parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or members of their households, whether or not related, are ineligible to participate in this sweepstakes. Entry is void where contrary to, prohibited or restricted by local or state law where that entrant is legally residing at the material time.
- Winner Selection: One (1) winner and nineteen (19) runners-up of the Giveaway will be selected based entirely at random, amongst all eligible entries received. Selection is conducted by Hypebeast or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received. Selected winner and runners-up must reply by email within 24 hours of notification and acknowledge acceptance of the prize as directed by Hypebeast. If the selected winner or runner-up does not respond or notification is returned as undeliverable, it will result in prize forfeiture and an alternate winner/runner-up will be selected. The potential prize winner/runner-up may be required to sign and return a declaration of eligibility and release of liability (collectively “Prize Claim Documents”). Entry and prize are not transferable to another individual, and cash or alternatives will also not be offered.
- Prizes: The prize for the Giveaway winner shall be:

The prize for each of the runners-up shall be:

o Door Dash giftcard
o Off-White Ceramic Mug
o Off-White Bath Towel.
Total retail value of prizes is $25,385.00. Only one prize per person and per household will be awarded. Prizes will be delivered to the winner/runners-up within 4-6 weeks of the end of the Promotion Period as defined below (except where there is delay in prize logistics and shipment arrangement that are out of Hypebeast’s control). Hypebeast reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. Hypebeast makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, condition, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Hypebeast will not replace any lost or stolen prize items. Prize will only be awarded and/or delivered to physical addresses. P.O. Box address are not permitted or accepted. All federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the selected prize winner. Refusal or failure to comply with any of these Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize. - Online Entry: The Giveaway period is open from November 17, 2020 at 09:00 ET to November 18, 2020 at 23:59 ET (“Promotional Period”). Entrant may enter the Giveaway by submitting their email address and other contact information which may be requested through the Giveaway entry form provided during the Promotional Period. Automated or robotic entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified immediately. Internet entry must be made by the entrant personally. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than one Entry by using multiple/different email addresses, residential addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods will void that entrant’s Entries and that entrant will be immediately disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth herein. All Entries must be submitted before the end of the Giveaway Promotional Period in order to participate. Hypebeast’s database clock will be the official time keeper for this Giveaway.
- Privacy: All entrants acknowledge that if they are chosen as a winner, certain personally identifying information may be disclosed to third parties at least as required by law, including, without limitation, on a winners’ list. All personal information submitted as part of the Giveaway will be used in accordance with Hypebeast’s online privacy policy (https://hypebeast.com/privacy)
- Personal Information: Any personal information that entrants share with Hypebeast will be kept secure and used as per the Rules and aforesaid privacy policy. Entrants agree that all submitted information may be used by Hypebeast to administer this sweepstakes. For sweepstakes entries and opt-in to receive marketing communications from Hypebeast, the Data Controller (as defined under applicable data protection legislation) is Hypebeast (for further information, please refer to the privacy policy of Hypebeast - https://hypebeast.com/privacy).
- Limitation of Liability: Hypebeast is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Giveaway. Hypebeast assumes no responsibility for any misdirected or lost email, or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay of operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Entries.
- Disputes; Prohibited Acts: In the event of a dispute concerning who registered online to participate in the Giveaway, the registration will be declared to have been made by the authorized account holder, which is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Hypebeast with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address. If a dispute cannot be promptly resolved to Hypebeast’s satisfaction, the entry will be deemed ineligible. Persons who attempt to tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Giveaway or Hypebeast or contest web site, as solely determined by Hypebeast, will be disqualified, and Hypebeast reserves the right to terminate such entrant’s eligibility to participate in this or any other promotion it offers. Entries generated by robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process will be disqualified. Should any portion of the Giveaway be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of Hypebeast, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of Entries, Hypebeast reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Giveaway, and if terminated, randomly select winners from all non-suspect, eligible Entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.
- Released Parties: By entering the Giveaway, you as entrant agree (for yourself and your heirs) that Hypebeast, Netflix and each of their respective affiliates and agents, and any entity involved in any aspect of this Giveaway (all aforementioned parties are collectively, the “Released Parties”) will have no liability, and will be held harmless from and against liability, loss, injury or damage to property or person, including death, and reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in the Giveaway. Nothing in these Rules shall seek to limit or exclude liability on behalf of any of the Released Parties for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.
