- Promotion Description: By participating in the giveaway prize competition ("Giveaway"), each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these terms and conditions ("Rules"), the applicable Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, together with the decisions of Hypebeast Hong Kong Limited ("Hypebeast") and DoorDash, Inc. ("DoorDash"), which shall be final and binding in all respects. Hypebeast will be responsible for the collection, submission, and processing of entries and the overall administration of the Giveaway. Entrants should look solely to Hypebeast with any questions, comments, or issues related to the Giveaway.
- Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Individuals under the age of 13 are not permitted to submit any personal information. Individuals between the ages of 13–17 may engage with the social media prompt but are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
- How to Enter: The Giveaway period begins on 6pm EST, June 17, 2026 and ends on 11:59am EST June 19, 2026 (the "Promotional Period"). To enter, participants must:
- Follow both @hypebeast and @doordash on Instagram;
- Comment on the designated Giveaway post on the Hypebeast Instagram account in accordance with the prompt provided.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries, use of multiple accounts, or automated entries will result in disqualification. All entries must be received during the Promotional Period to be eligible. 4. Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. The drawing will be conducted by Hypebeast or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. The selected winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram and/or email and must respond within 24 hours to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the prize. Failure to respond within the required timeframe or inability to contact the winner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. The selected winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release ("Prize Claim Documents"). 5. Prize: The prize consists of:
- Two (2) Awake NY x DoorDash Soccer Kit (including jersey, shorts, jacket, and soccer ball);
- Round-trip economy-class air travel, departing on June 26, 2026 and returning June 28, 2026, and hotel accommodations valued at no more than $400/night in New York City for the winner and one (1) guest;
- Two (2) tickets to the soccer match between Panama vs England, taking place in New Jersey on June 27, 2026.
Approximate retail value ("ARV") of the prize will be determined at time of fulfillment. All prize details, including travel dates, accommodations, and match selection, are subject to availability and sponsor discretion. No substitution, transfer, exchange or cash redemption of the prize is permitted, except at the sole discretion of Hypebeast and/or DoorDash. Winner and guest are responsible for any fees, costs, and expenses not expressly included in the prize (including but not limited to transportation outside of specified travel, meals, incidentals, and personal expenses). Winner's guest must be 18 years or older and may be required to sign a liability/publicity release. 6. Prize Conditions: Only one (1) prize will be awarded per person and per household. Prize will be fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe prior to the event date, subject to logistics and availability. Hypebeast and DoorDash are not responsible for any cancellations, delays, or changes to travel or event scheduling. Prizes consist of tickets, economy airfare, and lodging only. Ground transportation, meals, and entertainment are not included. The soccer match tickets will be fulfilled digitally or via a designated mobile ticketing app prior to the event date, subject to the organizer's logistics and ticket distribution timelines. Hypebeast and DoorDash are not liable for any cancellations, delays, venue changes, event rescheduling, winner's inability to access any required digital ticketing platform, or any issues arising from the winner's travel arrangements or entry requirements. All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. 7. Privacy: Any personal information submitted will be used in accordance with Hypebeast's Privacy Policy (https://hypebeast.com/privacy) and DoorDash's Privacy Policy (https://help.doordash.com/consumers/s/privacy-policy). Entrants agree that their information may be used for the purpose of administering this Giveaway. 8. Limitation of Liability: Hypebeast, DoorDash, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical errors, or unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process. By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the Instagram account used to enter will be deemed the entrant.
