To celebrate the Casio G-Shock 25th Anniversary, the Japanese electronics company will drop a big event in New York City. Tokyo-based photographer Yasumasa Yonehara aka Yone will be there to present his campaign for the new G-Shock line with his trademark sultry photography. Artists such as Kanye West and Pharrell Williams will also be in attendance during the May event.

Japanese photographer Yone and model Aki Hoshino have followed up on their photographic print endeavor Sneaker Lover with a gallery showing at Taiwan’s SOL. The exhibit includes large blow ups of pictures seen in the Sneaker Lover book as well as candid Polaroid shots. Other items not pertaining to the Sneaker Lover book include miscellaneous items such as Yone’s previous works, Nike Michael Lau Dunk SBs and Aki Hoshino Kubricks. The show will run until April 13th.

Japanese semi-erotic photographer Yasumasa Yonehara is at it again with his trademark photography style with clothing label Applebum in a special collaborative t-shirt. The t-shirt features a model scratching herself in a disjointed photograph. Photographer Yasumasa Yonehara is widely known for his photographs of girls in seductive poses. Recently, Yone has collaborated with Japanese model Aki Hoshino on the “Sneaker Lover” book where Aki poses with some of the most sought after sneakers. Now together with KIKS TYO, they have created a series of six limited edition t-shirts based on photographs from the book. Here are the first two which includes the “One the Bed” tee and the “At the Beach” tee. Japanese actress/model Aki Hoshino and KIKS TYO were trend-setters in their own right as they blazed the trail with their racy sneaker inspired t-shirts. They recently teamed up with photographer Yasumasa Yonehara in the creation of the book Sneaker Lover. Most guys would give up an arm or a leg to have Yone’s job. Who else in the world gets to shoot some of the sexiest Japanese models than Mr. Yonehara Yasumasa. Yone has just given a look at some upcoming plans for this month. Lately he has been working on two books which include Sneaker Lover and Warp Lover. Sneaker Lover will feature popular Japanese model Aki Hoshino (also known for her collaboration with Kiks TYO). Warp Lovers will be a book produced by Warp magazine where Yone has a monthly photo column called Tokyo Sweet. Anyway, these books will be coming out later this month so don’t miss out.

Japanese photographer Yasumasa “Yone” Yonehara teamed up with condom brand sagamai original 0.02 in a campaign to promote safe sex and sagamai original’s 0.02 mm thick prophylactics. The characteristic semi-erotic styles of Yone are put to use over several posters seen here. Yone’s previous accolades include work with Upper Playground and the founder of Egg Magazine.
